Everyone here knows their job, knows it well, and knows how those roles affect the entire scope of the event and the company. Each person is a unique piece of the puzzle that makes it all fit. That is why PPi cultivates an atmosphere of respect and appreciation for a job well done. Along with a daily event production meeting, open dialogue at weekly staff meetings and continuous team building experiences with staff and freelancers, has helped us to establish an extremely cohesive and loyal organization.
